Consultations with a Fleet interest

A key feature of ACFO's position in the UK fleet market is the number of opportunities provided for us and our members to comment on proposed new legislation/ regulation. We list below any consultations with specific reference to "fleet operations" which have come to our attention - mostly from DfT and related agencies, or HM Treasury/ HMRC.

Members are encouraged to read these consultation documents in terms of their own business circumstances, and to consider a response individually to suit their own organisation's situations. ACFO as a representative body will also consider making submissions where appropriate to the membership and/or the UK fleet industry as a whole. Any such submissions would seek to reflect the widest possible range of views across the membership.
